Job Description
*Job Overview*
Hello! Let me tell you about an exciting opportunity with our industrial team. Our PT will be joining our team working in a hybrid role from home answering telemed calls as well as working on-site in an industrial team across the country. *Duties* (You will have extensive training if no prior experience)
* Telemedicine coverage 2-3 days a week, averaging 8-12 hours per week
* In addition to telemedicine follow-up appointments (PRN), based on patient needs and caseload.
* On-Site OSHA first aide treatment 4-8 hours per week (on the job training)
* Administer first aid treatment (OSHA), update the Plan of Care (POC), and implement on-site ergonomic strategies. (on the job training)
* Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), utilizing expertise as a licensed physical therapist in accordance with Arizona state statutes.
* Participate in industrial meetings, providing feedback, training
* Participate in industrial meetings, offering feedback and conducting training as needed.
* Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy relevant to their training.
* Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and encouragement.
