What You'll Do
As an RN, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of health, comfort, and independence by:
* Assessing resident conditions and developing individualized plans of care
* Administering medications and treatments as ordered
* Monitoring resident progress and responding to changes in condition
* Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
* Providing compassionate care and support to residents and families
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
* Leading and mentoring nursing support staff
What We're Looking For
Required
* Active RN License
Preferred
* Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
