TAHO is a community-based animal welfare organization dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality veterinary care regardless of an owner's financial circumstances.

This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys building lasting client relationships, practicing excellent medicine, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance in an outpatient-only setting (No weekends - No holidays). As a private, mission-driven practice, we prioritize exceptional patient care over corporate production goals, giving our veterinarians the autonomy to practice medicine based on what is best for each patient—not financial quotas.

* Provide high-quality outpatient care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, preventive care, sick visits, and diagnostics.
* Diagnose and treat common medical conditions while educating clients on treatment plans and preventive health.
* Work closely with a highly skilled team of technicians and assistants, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff.

*Why Join TAHO?*

* Outpatient appointments with no emergency call, overnight shifts, or weekend requirements.
* Appointment-based schedule with dedicated office time and scheduled breaks.
* Modern facility with in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, dental equipment, and exceptional technician support.
* Private, mission-driven practice where clinical decisions are guided by patient needs rather than corporate financial expectations.

*Qualifications*

* DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary school
* Active Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care
* Team-oriented mindset

Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. While this position does not include a formal mentorship program, our collaborative team provides a supportive environment for professional growth.
