*Physical Therapist – Home Health | Aurora, Centennial, South Denver - $100K–$140K+ | Full-Time or Part-Time | Sign-On Bonus*

*What You'll Do*
* Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Improve mobility, balance, strength, and independence

* Educate patients and caregivers
* Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and social workers
*What We're Looking For*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
*Home health experience is welcome but not required.*
