We are looking for a skilled, personable *Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our team. *What You'll Do*
* Provide excellent preventive care — cleanings, scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments
* Perform periodontal assessments and charting, and take digital X-rays
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized home care
* Document thoroughly and accurately in our practice management system
* Partner with our doctors and team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
* Maintain a clean, organized, fully compliant clinical environment
*What We're Looking For*
* *Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license (RDH)* — required
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide certification preferred
* Strong clinical skills and a gentle, reassuring chairside manner
* Professional, dependable, and a positive team player
* New and experienced hygienists are both welcome to apply
