Deer Creek Dental Clinic is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a modern, perio-focused practice where hygienists have the *time, technology, and support needed to provide exceptional patient care.*

A Hygiene Schedule Designed for Quality Care
We believe hygienists should have the time to provide thorough, comprehensive care without feeling rushed.
Our hygienists typically see *6–8 patients per day*, with:
* *60-minute adult appointments*
* *60-minute children's appointments*
* *90-minute scaling and root planing appointments*
* Dedicated hygiene assistant *2 days per week*
* Clinic coordinator support the other *2 days per week*
* Additional support from the doctors and clinical team
We are a *perio-focused practice* that values patient education, prevention, comprehensive treatment, and long-term oral health.
Modern Technology
You'll have access to technology including:
* Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)
* Overjet AI
* Gemini diode laser
* DEKA CO₂ laser
* Dentscribe AI note-taking technology
* Open Dental
What We're Looking For
* Active Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist license
* Commitment to excellent patient care
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Interest in periodontal health and comprehensive care
* *New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome*
Candidates moving forward will have the opportunity to *shadow our hygiene team for approximately half a day*. This gives you a chance to meet the doctors and team, experience the practice firsthand, and determine whether the fit feels right for you, too.
