Join Trailhead Physical Therapy, a well-established clinic in North Phoenix (Deer Valley) known for hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based treatment across orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, dry needling, and total joint replacement rehab. You'll work in a culture centered on compassionate, individualized care, where staff feel valued and are given room to advocate for their patients rather than rush them through a protocol. Compensation Package

This role pays $80,000–$100,000 a year.We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.

We also provide:

$5,000 Sign On Bonus Eligibility

Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

$12,000 fellowship reimbursement

17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

An Arizona physical therapy license, or eligibility for one

All experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

You’ll need to:

Lift up to 50 pounds

Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
