Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care focused on achieving meaningful patient outcomes.
Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, Front Desk Ambassadors, and fellow clinicians to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR.
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (New Grads welcome to apply)
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
