Loan Servicing Associate

The Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to both the Finanta Loan Fund and Finanta Credit Union loan portfolios. Responsibilities include reviewing loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable lending policies; identifying, entering, monitoring, and working with appropriate team members to clear loan exceptions; managing and tracking held collateral; processing and maintaining insurance information; responding to customer service inquiries; performing loan-related data entry and maintenance; coordinating monthly loan billing; and providing ongoing support for Loan Fund and Credit Union loan servicing operations
