- Compensation: $100,000 Minimum Guaranteed Base Salary
- Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) upside: Earn additional pay for anything over 30 units a week
- Complete Schedule Control: Schedulers handle the start of care, and you book the rest to fit your life
- Minimal Weekend Rotation: Light on-call rotation ($5 weekend differential per visit)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 20 days annually

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE)
- Minimum 1 year of experience required (Not open to new grads at this time)
- Passion for Home Health
- Experience in the Home Health setting is preferred
- Servant leader mindset
