*Location: Vernon Home Assisted Living Facility *

*Shift:* 3:00pm - 11:pm with flexible rotating weekend hours

*Job Description: *

Supervising and assisting with medication management, in-service training with staff, assessing residents' condition, performing cognitive testing with residents.

_*Sign-on bonus: LPN $750*_
