Job Description
*SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy* is San Diego’s BEST outpatient pediatric speech and occupational therapy company — and we’re looking for an energetic, fun-loving *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* to join our team!
We’re therapist-owned, therapist-run, and located in convenient suburban San Diego. We serve children ages 0–18 with a wide variety of diagnoses and needs, and we work closely with families to ensure faster, lasting progress.

*What You’ll Do*
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy under the supervision of an OT
* Step in for coverage when clinicians are out or families reschedule
* Support children ages 0–18 through play-based, goal-oriented interventions
* Complete accurate daily SOAP notes and documentation
* Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, and teammates
*What We’re Looking For*
* Licensed *COTA in California*
* Minimum 1 *year of pediatric COTA experience*
* Positive, outgoing personality and love for kids
* Organized, detail-oriented, and computer literate
* True team player who values collaboration
