Registered Dental Hygienist – Part Time
*Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry – Cadillac, MI*
*2–3 days per week | $39–$44/hour*
Brilliant Smiles Family Dentistry is looking for a friendly, motivated *Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our team 2–3 days per week.
We are an established, privately owned family dental practice that values great relationships with our patients and each other. We are looking for a hygienist who is compassionate, dependable, enjoys getting to know patients, and takes pride in providing thorough, individualized care.
Our practice has a strong focus on *periodontal health, prevention, patient education, and the connection between oral health and overall health.* Our hygienists are an important part of the clinical team and have the time, technology, and support to provide excellent patient care.
What We Offer
* *$39–$43/hour*, based on experience
* 2–3 days per week
* Paid holidays after 1 year
* Paid sick time after 90 days
* One week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after 3 years
* 50% employer contribution toward health insurance premiums for eligible employees
* 401(k) eligibility after one year with employer match and profit sharing
* Paid continuing education

* Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Michigan

* Thorough and clinically motivated
* A strong communicator and team player
* Dependable and professional
* Eaglesoft experience a plus
* Interested in periodontal health, prevention, and whole-health dentistry
*Experienced hygienists and new graduates are both encouraged to apply.* We are happy to train the right person in our technology and clinical protocols.
