We’re looking for an *experienced General Dentist* to join our busy group family dental practice in *Columbia, MO*. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving practice as an *additional dentist *working alongside other experienced dentists and a strong, collaborative team.
We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys treating patients of all ages and understands that great dentistry is about more than clinical care—it’s about making every patient feel valued, comfortable, and important.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* *Minimum 1+ years of general dentistry experience*
* Confidence treating *patients of all ages*
* Proficiency in comprehensive *bread-and-butter general dentistry*
* Experience and comfort with *extractions and endodontics (Implants a plus!)*
* A strong commitment to patient-centered care
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in and support the team
* The ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of clinical care
About the Practice
You’ll be joining a practice with a *great team that genuinely works together*. Everyone plays a role in creating a positive patient experience, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same philosophy.
The practice currently has:
* An established patient base
* 3 full-time hygienists
* Eaglesoft practice management software
* iTero digital scanner
* Digital X-rays
Schedule
* *Monday - Thursday:* 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
* *Rotating Fridays: *8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
