*Pediatric Occupational Therapist — Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week*
Raise the Bar Therapy Services is looking for an experienced *Pediatric Occupational Therapist* to join our growing pediatric team in Hampstead, NC.
This is a *full-time, 40-hour-per-week position* with an established referral base and the opportunity to step into an active caseload. *Candidates with pediatric feeding experience are especially encouraged to apply—we have an immediate feeding caseload ready for the right therapist.*

Raise the Bar Therapy Services provides holistic, multidisciplinary pediatric care in our Hampstead clinic and throughout local daycare and preschool settings.
Our OT, PT, and Speech teams work collaboratively to support children with developmental, physical, sensory, feeding, fine-motor, and emotional regulation needs. As our pediatric programs and community partnerships continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced OT who is excited to become an integral part of our team.
*What You’ll Do*
* Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
* Provide engaging, evidence-based treatment tailored to each child’s needs and goals
* Collaborate with and supervise COTAs as appropriate
* Communicate progress, recommendations, and home strategies with parents and caregivers
* Collaborate closely with OT, PT, and Speech team members to coordinate patient care
* Participate in pediatric screenings and community outreach opportunities
* Contribute to the supportive, collaborative culture of our pediatric department
*Qualifications*
* Active *North Carolina Occupational Therapist license* or eligibility for NC licensure
* *Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience required*
* Pediatric experience strongly preferred
* SOS Approach to Feeding training or other feeding-specific training/experience is a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
* Passion for working with children and their families
