*Omni Dental McMurray* is seeking a friendly, patient-focused *Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* to join our team in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Schedule
* *Monday:* 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* *Tuesday:* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* *Wednesday:* 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
* *Thursday:* 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* *Friday:* 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Summary
The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing preventive and therapeutic dental care while supporting the dentist in delivering excellent patient experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to helping patients maintain optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive procedures.
* Take and review digital dental radiographs.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
* Document clinical findings and treatment notes accurately.
* Assist in identifying periodontal conditions and other oral health concerns.
* Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
* Create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.
Qualifications
* Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Prior clinical experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
