What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CPT, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to:

* Implement individualized plans of care
* Deliver therapeutic exercises, activities, manual interventions, and approved modalities
* Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
* Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
* Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies
* Promote patient safety, comfort, engagement, and confidence throughout treatment
* Collaborate with Physical Therapists, aides, administrative staff, and other members of the CPT team
* Contribute to a positive clinic culture and an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

* Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
* Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one
* New graduates and candidates currently completing the licensing process are encouraged to apply
* Candidates relocating from another state are welcome; CPT can assist with the Massachusetts license-transfer process
* Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills
* Commitment to continued learning and delivering high-quality outpatient care

Compensation and Benefits

*Annual compensation:* $65,000–$78,500, based on experience and qualifications
