*What You Will Do*

As a Physical Therapist at Northwest Wellness Group, you will:

* Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
* Assess functional limitations, movement impairments, and patient goals.
* Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings.
* Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy interventions.
* Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement analysis when appropriate.
* Progress treatment based on objective findings, patient response, and functional goals.
* Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, and pelvic health conditions.
* Educate patients about movement, recovery, exercise, pain management, and injury prevention.
* Help patients return to work, exercise, recreation, and everyday activities.
* Monitor patient outcomes and adjust plans of care when needed.
* Communicate clearly with patients throughout the rehabilitation process.
* Collaborate with other team members to support strong patient outcomes.
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Provide a positive, professional, and patient-centered Physical Therapy experience.

*Who We Are Looking For*

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about individualized care and wants to continue developing as an orthopedic and pelvic health clinician.

The right candidate will have:

* *An active Illinois Physical Therapy license.*
* A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
* An interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

At least one year of experience and an outpatient orthopedic background are preferred. *New graduate Physical Therapists may also be considered.*
