Job Description
*RehabVisions is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist *to join our *hospital-based* therapy team in *Corning, Iowa*. This position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, strong clinical variety, and the flexibility of PRN scheduling.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT looking for additional hours, or a new graduate who wants supportive hospital-based experience in a smaller community setting.
*Position Highlights*

* Located in Corning, Iowa, approximately 1.5 hours from Des Moines

*Physical Therapist Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
* Develop individualized plans of care
* Complete timely and accurate documentation
* Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff
* Support program development and department growth
* Participate in staff education and in-services as needed
* Assist with general department operations
*Physical Therapist Requirements*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
* Iowa Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
* New graduates are encouraged to apply
