RehabVisions is hiring a *full-time, permanent Physical Therapist* in *Williston, North Dakota*. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT—or a new graduate looking for hands-on mentorship and broad clinical experience.
*Compensation & Incentives*
* *$42–$50/hour*, depending on experience
* *Up to $12,000 Flexible Career Bonus* over your first three years

You'll provide Physical Therapy services at *CHI St. Alexius Health Williston*, a community hospital that has served the Williston area for more than 100 years and provides rehabilitation, orthopedic and other healthcare services to the surrounding region.

*What You'll Do*
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
* Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy treatment
* Treat inpatient and outpatient patients as part of a hospital-based generalist caseload
* Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals
* Participate in program development and departmental initiatives
*Qualifications*
*Required:*
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* North Dakota Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
*Preferred:*
* Previous Physical Therapy experience
