Job Description
Willman & Silvaggio, LLP, a mid-sized Pittsburgh based law firm with an excellent reputation as a leader in Toxic Tort , Product Lability , Insurance Defense and General liability matters, is in search of a full time Associate Attorney to join our distinguished defense litigation team, with a primary focus on asbestos litigation .
*The ideal candidate will*:
\* Possess a strong interest in litigation including deposition and oral argument participation
\* Be capable of efficiently managing assignments/cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment
\* Have a proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
\* Have an active Pennsylvania Bar admission; West Virginia admittance a plus
\*Have deposition, oral argument, and trial experience (a plus but not necessary)
\*Have a commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism
\*Be willing and able to work cooperatively, as well as independently
\*Have strong writing, as well as fact and legal research skills
