Mental Health Therapist

*Full job description*

Nazareth is seeking full-time licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team serving our Salisbury and Lexington offices.

Outpatient Services serves adults and children in an outpatient setting. Duties included:

* Completing intake and assessments in a timely manner and developing appropriate treatment plans.
* Completing individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities.
* Ability to assess and diagnose Behavioral Health conditions.
* Ability to provide service impartially to diverse populations.
* Completing all required documentation in a timely manner.

*Education*

* Clinical master’s degree such as Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution

*Licensure/Certification*

* Licensed as a LCSW, LCSWA, LMHC, LMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, or LMFTA in *North Carolina*
