Life in Arvada

Arvada, CO offers a genuine "best of both worlds" setting. A historic Olde Town core with its own restaurants, breweries, and arts scene, paired with easy access to Denver and quick trips to the mountains. It's built for an active lifestyle, with a 149-mile trail system, Standley Lake Regional Park, and the Apex recreation center giving residents plenty of ways to get outside without leaving the city. With strong schools, a family-friendly feel, and a milder pace than Denver proper, it's an easy sell for anyone who wants Front Range living without the big-city hustle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

A Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one

All experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

Current CPR certification
