*Registered Dental Hygienist*
*$50–53/hour*
Smile For Life Family & Cosmetic Dentistry | Wenatchee, WA | Full-Time
We're hiring an experienced RDH to join a team built on "People First, Mission Always.” A practice where patients call us their dental home, not just "the dentist."

*The Role* You'll provide preventive and periodontal care and build the kind of trust that makes patients actually want to come back. That means explaining what you see, not just doing the work. Patients here should leave understanding their own mouth, not just their appointment. You're not filling chair time; you're a core part of why people trust this practice.
*What You'll Do*
* Perform prophy, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing
* Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
* Complete comprehensive periodontal charting
* Educate patients on prevention and oral-systemic health
* Identify and communicate clinical findings and treatment needs
* Maintain accurate documentation and strong sterilization/infection-control protocols
* Keep your operatory organized and the day moving smoothly
* Collaborate with doctors and the clinical team

* Clinically thorough, dependable, and organized
* Makes patients feel genuinely heard, not processed
* Communicates clearly, stays calm under a busy schedule
* Shows up for the team, not just the schedule — we're stronger together than alone
* Wants to get 1% better every day, not settle for good enough
*Qualifications*
* Current WA State RDH license in good standing
* Current CPR certification
* Local anesthesia certification, as applicable
* 1+ years experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
