*Responsibilities:*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal procedures for patients of all ages
* Incorporate available dental laser technology into hygiene services to support periodontal health and enhance clinical outcomes
* Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and cancer screenings
* Take and review dental radiographs in accordance with practice protocols
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive strategies
* Document accurate patient records and update medical/dental histories in the practice management system
* Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized patient treatment plans
* Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride, sealants, and desensitizing agents as indicated
*Requirements:*
* Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wyoming or ability to obtain one
* Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Proficiency in digital radiography and dental practice management software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dental team
* Experience in periodontal therapy and preventive dental care preferred
