*Job Summary*

Growing private behavioral health practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPC-licensed or LPC-supervised Therapist Intern to join my team. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality individual psychotherapy and group therapy behavioral health services to adult clients being treated for Sexual Addiction and Betrayal Trauma. You will play a vital part in delivering evidence-based treatment, supporting client recovery, and fostering positive outcomes through innovative therapeutic approaches. Applicants that will be considered will want to learn and grow into a specialized client focus of treating clients with Sexual Addiction and Betrayal Trauma.

Compensation will be structured on a split of 60/40 of hourly rate. Oklahoma LPC supervision and training provided by a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist trained (CPTT) and Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialist trained (APSATS) therapist included in compensation.

*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations utilizing DSM, SDI, PTSI, ACE, DES II, PCL-5, GAD-7.
* Provide individual, group, and joint couples therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, solution therapy, and intervention.
* Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, ensuring clear goals and measurable outcomes.
* Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
* Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
* Collaborate with LPC supervisor/CSAT and attend CSAT case study group to enhance clinical multidisciplinary team feedback on case management, patient care coordination, for client focused care and complex needs.
* If interested, incentive model for therapist to obtain CSAT or CPTT certification.

*Requirements*

* Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or actively supervised as an LPC intern with appropriate Oklahoma credentials.
* Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities or interest including CBT, ACT, Solution Focus, EMDR, Addiction focused models
* Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and clinical documentation standards.
* Strong skills in crisis management, behavior management, patient assessment, and treatment planning.
* Mature individual, strong therapeutic boundaries and a desire to grow and develop a specialized focus working with sexual addiction and betrayal trauma.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
