Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current permanent New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required.
• Acute care experience required.
• 2+ years of experience required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Primarily outpatient setting with float to inpatient as needed.
