*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain and update dental charts for hygiene patients.
* Provide preventive services including fluoride treatments, sealants and other preventative agents
* Preform thorough prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing.
* Chart periodontal health accurately.
* Educate patients on home care, nutrition, and preventive strategies to support long-term oral health.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records.
* Partner closely with doctors and assistants to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *A valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Dakota is required.*
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
* Strong clinical skills with an interest or experience in pediatric dentistry.
* A warm, energetic, and patient-centered demeanor.
* Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
* Ability to build trust quickly and create positive dental experiences.
* Strong time management skills in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
