Head Age Group Coach

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Coach to join our coaching staff as an Age Group Head Coach. This position will play an important role in developing athletes, building team culture, and supporting the overall success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead practices appropriate for assigned group(s).
• Develop swimmers technically, physically, and mentally.
• Create a positive, competitive, and supportive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
• Attend meets and provide on-deck coaching and athlete support.
• Assist with goal setting, meet preparation, and athlete progression.
• Work collaboratively with the coaching staff to maintain a consistent team philosophy.

Qualifications:

• Competitive swimming and/or coaching experience preferred.
• USA swimming coaching experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for athlete development and the sport of swimming.
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a coaching team.
