Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Full or Part Time
*Location:* Central Minnesota (serving the greater Monticello / Clearwater / Becker area)

_*What You'll Do*_
* Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
* Take and review dental X-rays
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
* Conduct oral cancer screenings and note findings for the dentist
* Chart patient records accurately using our practice management software
* Work closely with dentists and the front office team to ensure a smooth patient experience
* Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
_*What We're Looking For*_
* Active Minnesota RDH license (or eligibility to obtain one)
* Current CPR certification
* Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-first attitude
* Attention to detail and solid clinical technique
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative practice setting
