RN- ER (Weekend Package – Nights)

Days and Shifts:

• Works 5 out of 6 weekends from 6 PM – 6:30 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Works 36 hours and paid for 40
• No Call

Description:

• Under limited supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in one unit on a particular shift, including functioning in Charge Nurse role
• Responsible for orientation, training, and management of personnel
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills.
