Licensed Massage Therapist
*Pay:* $60,000 – $90,000+ per year (commission + tips + base structure)

*What You'll Do*
- Deliver excellent, customized massage services
- Conduct thoughtful pre- and post-treatment consultations
- Maintain a clean, serene treatment space
- Collaborate with our front desk and esthetics teams
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education
*What We're Looking For*
- Active Rhode Island Massage Therapy license in good standing
- Someone interested in providing a world-class guest experience
- Skilled, intuitive hands and a genuine love for the work and people
- Schedule flexibility, including some weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and a warm, professional presence
- Someone who is a lifelong student and open to learning new styles and techniques
*Compensation & Benefits*
- $60,000 – $90,000+ annual earnings (based on hourly pay + Service fee + Retail Commission + tips)
