*About the Position*
Our law firm is seeking a *California-licensed attorney* with *at least 2 years of experience* in *immigration law, family law, or personal injury* to join our Pico Rivera, CA office. The ideal candidate is *bilingual in English and Spanish*, highly organized, and capable of handling matters across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities
* Handle cases in immigration, family law, or personal injury, including court appearances as needed
* Conduct thorough *legal research* and draft complex legal documents
* Prepare *support letters, audit responses, motions, and appeals*
* Resolve and troubleshoot *complex legal issues* across case types
* Organize, plan, and manage cases based on priority and deadlines
* Effectively use word processing tools and *legal document databases*
Qualifications
* *Active California State Bar License (required)*
* *Minimum of 2 years of legal experience* in immigration law, family law, or personal injury
* *Fluent in English and Spanish (required)*
* Experience or interest in immigration law, family law, or personal injury
* *Courtroom experience preferred*
* Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
