Job Description
Join our dynamic outpatient clinic where you'll make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and empower referred patients on their road to recovery.
*What You'll Do:*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functionality, physical capabilities, limitations, and medical history
* Design and implement individualized treatment plans with realistic, achievable recovery goals
* Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized techniques
* Administer therapeutic modalities including massage, electrical stimulation, and assistive devices
* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records documenting progress toward goals
* Collaborate with referring physicians and the care team to ensure continuity of treatment
*What We're Looking For:*
* Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
* Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
* Excellent communication and patient education abilities
