Our friendly, patient-focused family and cosmetic dental practice is looking for a *rockstar Dental Hygienist* to join our growing team. For over 40 years, we’ve taken pride in providing exceptional, personalized care in a welcoming, supportive environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.
*What You'll Do*
* Provide gentle, thorough preventive dental hygiene care and cleanings
* Educate and motivate patients on oral health, hygiene and home care
* Perform periodontal assessments and charting
* Take digital radiographs
* Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
* Collaborate with our dentist and team to deliver outstanding patient care and an incredible experience each and every visit
* Build trust and long-term patient relationships through compassionate care, clear communication and active listening
*What We're Looking For*
* Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A self-starting team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient well-being
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort
* Experience is welcome, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
