We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our team covering the east metro of the twin cities area.

*What You’ll Do*

* Design and carry out individualized occupational therapy plans of care
* Work hands-on with patients to maximize function and independence
* Collaborate with team members and partner organizations to achieve outstanding outcomes

*What You Bring*

* Ability to manage a physical workload
* Strong rapport-building skills with a diverse caseload
* Current MN occupational therapy license
* CPR certification
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Passion for patient-centered care
