*What You'll Do*
* Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care
* Perform exams, cleanings oversight, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
* Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients
* Build lasting patient relationships grounded in trust and education
* Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care and infection control
* Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to deliver a smooth patient experience
* Stay current with continuing education and evolving clinical techniques
*What We're Looking For*
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Active (or eligibility for) Arkansas dental license in good standing
* Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general procedures
* Excellent chairside manner and genuine care for patient comfort
* A team-oriented, positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice technology is a plus
