What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
* Build genuine, lasting relationships with patients
* Partner with doctors and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
* Contribute to recall and reactivation efforts to support practice health
* Participate in team meetings and help identify ways to strengthen hygiene systems
What We're Looking For
* Active RDH license in Virginia (or eligibility)
* Strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A team-first mindset and the flexibility to thrive in a growing organization
* Experience with dental practice management software a plus (we use Denticon)
