Drucker + Falk is looking for an outgoing, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant / Leasing Professional to join the team at Chimney Top Apartments in Antioch, Tennessee.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, helping customers make decisions, and creating a positive experience from the very first conversation.

You’ll help prospective residents find a place to call home while also supporting current residents and contributing to the overall success of the community.

Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus, but strong experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, banking, or another people-focused environment can translate well into this role.

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll often be one of the first people a prospective resident meets when they visit or contact the community.

Your goal is to create a great experience, understand what they’re looking for, and help them decide whether Chimney Top is the right place to call home.

Connect With Prospective Residents

  • Respond to phone, online, and in-person leasing inquiries.
  • Welcome prospective residents and learn what they are looking for in their next home.
  • Tour available apartments, model homes, amenities, and the community.
  • Explain apartment features, pricing, availability, community amenities, and leasing options.
  • Follow up with prospects and help guide them through the leasing process.
  • Assist applicants with completing required documentation.
  • Verify application information and help qualify prospective residents in accordance with company policies.

Create a Great Resident Experience

  • Welcome new residents and assist with the move-in process.
  • Respond to resident questions and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Help resolve resident concerns or connect residents with the appropriate team member.
  • Support resident retention and renewal efforts.
  • Assist with community events and resident activities.
  • Build positive relationships with residents throughout their experience at the community.

Support Leasing & Community Operations

  • Prepare and maintain accurate leasing and resident documentation.
  • Enter and maintain prospect and resident information in company systems.
  • Inspect apartments prior to move-in to help ensure they are ready for new residents.
  • Stay familiar with community policies, amenities, apartment availability, and the surrounding area.
  • Learn about nearby competing communities and current market conditions.
  • Assist with market surveys and other leasing-related reports.
  • Support the Property Manager and community team as needed.

Your Experience Can Come From Many Places

Previous property management experience is helpful, but it isn't the only background we're interested in.

  • Fitness or membership sales
  • Restaurant or hospitality management

Training & Development

New Leasing Professionals have the opportunity to become certified as a Leasing Specialist through Drucker + Falk's in-house training program.

We'll help you learn the property management side of the business while you bring your customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills to the team.

Schedule

Full-Time

This position may occasionally require weekend hours.

Typical weekend coverage may include occasional Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Limited local travel or use of a personal vehicle may occasionally be required.

Physical Requirements

This position involves a combination of office work and walking throughout the community while touring apartments and assisting residents.

The role may involve standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
