The Manager, Grants will play a key role in advancing compliant, high-impact Medical Affairs grant programs that support scientific exchange, external collaboration, and education within a dynamic oncology organization. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with Medical Affairs leadership, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Quality, and external stakeholders to strengthen grant governance, improve operational processes, and ensure timely, accurate execution of IME/CME, IIT, publication, sponsorship, and other research or educational funding activities.
Position Summary:
The Manager, Grants is responsible for the operational management, governance, and compliance oversight of Medical Affairs grant programs, including Independent Medical Education (IME/CME), Independent Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs), publications, sponsorships, and other external research or educational funding. This role ensures all grant activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and industry standards while supporting scientific exchange and external collaboration.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $147,900 – 174,000 annually. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including annual bonus/incentive comp plans, potential long term incentive plan, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate/employee receives an offer of employment.
