RN Intermediate Care Unit

TriStar Health seeks an RN for our Intermediate Care Unit to deliver patient-first, evidence-based care for adults with complex and evolving conditions. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry and vital trends, administer IV medications, and respond rapidly to changes in status. Working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate care, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
