Job Description
Parkridge Health Network seeks a Wound Care Outpatient RN to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and education for patients with acute and chronic wounds in our outpatient clinic. The RN will perform comprehensive wound assessments, implement evidence-based treatment plans, coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
