Professionally greet and assist prospective and current residents.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Conduct apartment tours and effectively present community features and amenities.
Convert phone and internet leads into scheduled appointments and signed leases.
Process rental applications, verifications, and lease documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain daily traffic reports, follow-up logs, and leasing activity.
Assist with resident retention and renewal programs.
Build relationships with local businesses and apartment locators through community outreach.
Inspect vacant apartments and ensure make-ready standards are met prior to move-in.
Work closely with the Property Manager to achieve occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals.
Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Previous apartment leasing or assistant manager experience is required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong sales and closing abilities.
Experience with apartment management software is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation required.
