RN Clinical Documentation Specialist

As an RN Clinical Documentation Specialist at Ensemble Health Partners, you will leverage your clinical expertise to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant documentation that supports appropriate coding, reimbursement, and quality reporting. Partnering closely with providers, coders, and revenue cycle teams, you will review inpatient and/or outpatient records, clarify diagnoses and severity of illness, and query clinicians as needed. In our mission-driven, patient-focused culture, you will use data and analytics to identify documentation trends, educate clinicians, and drive process improvements that enhance hospital financial performance and the patient financial experience.
