*Objective:*
Ensure fleet availability, safety, and DOT compliance through inspections, diagnostics, and road tests, contributing to a safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform mechanical inspections on trucks and trailers
* Conduct road tests to validate unit conditions
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and safety issues
* Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
* Coordinate repairs with internal/external shops
* Evaluate drivers during road tests
* Track unit status and availability
* Document inspections and reports

*Requirements*

* Technical degree in Diesel Mechanics or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or inspections
* Knowledge of diesel systems, brakes, and transmissions
* Intermediate English
* Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
* DOT Inspector certification (preferred)
