Job Summary and Qualifications

To assist the department with Clerical duties and posting OR cases. Routine contacts include patients, physicians, hospital staff, outside health agencies, and the community. Responsible for making sure the schedule runs smoothly and addresses issues related to this. Accurately transcribe physician orders and complete the admission medical record process. This is not an all inclusive list of assigned duties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in the Preadmissions clinic. This role is essential in supporting both administrative and patient care functions to ensure smooth daily operations in a medical setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of medical office procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

• Certificate from Medical Assistant program  
• One (1) year of experience as a medical assistant in a physician office setting preferred
