This is a full-time, fully on-site position located at:
10 Nicholls Street, Davenport, WA 99122.

*Position Summary*

The Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility for patients across the lifespan.

You will work with a diverse patient population in outpatient and hospital settings, collaborating with providers and rehabilitation colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

In our rural setting, you’ll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license and build meaningful patient relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
* Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies
* Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and providers to optimize outcomes
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

*Minimum Qualifications*

*Licensure & Certification*

* Current Washington State Physical Therapist license
* Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)

*Experience*

* Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based physical therapy preferred
* *New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply*

*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*

* Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to treat patients across age groups
* Experience with Epic or similar electronic medical record systems preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
