Job Description

As a Student Assistant - TSE, you'll manage receptionist tasks, schedule meetings, and assist with office operations. Greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring office cleanliness are key responsibilities. You'll also coordinate appointments, maintain calendars, and support special projects as needed. Your role is pivotal in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to overall team success.Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma

Afternoons involve reviewing shift logs, updating calendars, and cleaning for the next shift. You'll schedule meetings, manage golf cart reservations, and handle phone calls, transfers, and voicemails. Tasks also include maintaining the coffee maker, monitoring golf cart status, and managing keys. You'll log in to the computer, order stationery like business cards and envelopes, and create nametags and door signs as needed. Setting up conference rooms, designing and printing labels using provided templates, and using Canva for graphic design are part of the role. Additionally, you'll manage swag item inventory, fill out timesheets accurately, and greet visitors while communicating effectively with the team and monitoring supplies. Maintain high levels of professionalism as a representative of the Chancellor's Office.
