Position Highlights
Position may be eligible for up to a $32,000 Incentive Bonus
Job Duties:
Evaluate and to provide treatment to patients when referred by a physician according to AOTA and the state of Minnesota Occupational Therapy Licensure laws.
Large percentage of caseload will be pediatric patients with some outpatient and hospital patients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Occupational Therapy required; Master’s Degree preferred. Must be Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota. CPR certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. A valid driver’s license required.
The pay range for this position is $35.83 - $55.54 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
