About the Role

As an Ambulatory RN in our Urology Clinic, you will support daily operations and high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting day-to-day clinic operations, including workflow and patient flow

Managing patient care concerns and escalations

Assisting with scheduling coordination and staffing needs

Overseeing and ordering clinical supplies

Serving as a trusted resource for providers and interdisciplinary teams

You’ll deliver individualized care while partnering closely with physicians and the care team to ensure a seamless patient experience across the continuum.



Clinical Practice

In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans

Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care guidance

Deliver safe, age-appropriate care with attention to cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs

Utilize strong clinical judgment, including telephone triage and symptom assessment

Coordinate care and ensure continuity across services

Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established standards

You will practice in alignment with:

Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0)

ANA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Licensure: Current Massachusetts RN license
Certification: BLS (American Heart Association)
Experience: Acute care medical-surgical experience
Skills: Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Pay Range:

$37.00 - $95.37

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
